The LUILEC Adjustable Stroke Linear Actuator is a heavy-duty, multi-functional telescopic linear motion solution designed for industrial automation, large-scale lifting, and custom mechanical projects. Featuring an ultra-long adjustable stroke range of 10-2500mm, users can precisely set the extension length according to specific needs—eliminating the constraints of fixed-stroke models.
Powered by 12V/24V/36V/48V DC voltage options, it delivers a maximum thrust of 1400N (140kg) with an adjustable speed range of 7-60mm/s, ensuring powerful and stable performance for heavy loads. Equipped with built-in limit switches, the actuator automatically stops at both ends to prevent over-travel and damage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Constructed with durable aluminum alloy housing and an IP54 dust/water-resistant rating, it operates at a noise level of 56dB and can withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to 102°C, making it suitable for indoor, outdoor, and harsh industrial environments.
The package includes 5 interchangeable joint options (default Joint No.2 is shipped for integrated, non-detachable stroke). For custom joint requirements, please contact customer service to note your preferred model.
