Product Description

The ST3P series time relay is a high-performance electronic timing control device, integrating the advantages of small size, light weight, high delay precision, wide delay range, strong anti-interference ability, good reliability and long service life. It is widely applied in various automatic control circuits that require high precision and high reliability, suitable for AC 50Hz/60Hz (rated voltage up to 380V) or DC (12V/24V) control systems, and complies with GB 14048.5, IEC 60947-5-1 and other relevant standards. The series includes two core models: ST3PA and ST3PC, which are designed with different contact configurations to meet diverse timing control needs.

1. ST3PA Time Relay

Core Feature: Equipped with dual groups of on-delay conversion contacts (DPDT timed contacts), which can realize two independent delay control functions simultaneously, and the delay time can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.Technical Parameters:

• Delay Range: Multiple gears optional (Code A-G), ranging from 0.05s to 24h, covering most industrial timing scenarios (e.g., Code A: 0.05-0.5s/5s/30s/3min; Code G: 0.5-4min/40min/4h/24h).
• Supply Voltage: AC 24V/36V/48V/110V/220V/380V; DC 12V/24V, with voltage fluctuation tolerance of 85%-110% of rated voltage.
• Repeat Error: ≤0.5% + 20ms, ensuring high timing accuracy for long-term stable operation.

• Delay Range: Same as ST3PA, multiple gears optional (Code A-G), adjustable from 0.05s to 24h, with clear scale and easy operation via knob adjustment.
• Supply Voltage: Consistent with ST3PA, AC 24V/36V/48V/110V/220V/380V; DC 12V/24V, adapting to different power supply environments.
• Repeat Error: ±0.3% ±0.05s, setting error ≤0.5% ±0.05s, ensuring precise control of both instantaneous and delay actions.
• Contact Configuration: 1 SPDT instantaneous contact (no delay, action synchronously with power-on) + 1 SPDT delay contact (action after set delay time).
• Mechanical & Electrical Life: Mechanical life up to 1×10⁶ times, electrical life 1×10⁵ times, ensuring long-term stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
