What is a PRE ORDER?

Order(an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later once we have received the products.

How do PRE ORDERS work?

The full sales price of the item is due at the time of the pre-order, and payment is collected like a normal purchase. You can almost think of it like a standard sale, but with an extended fulfillment time.

Orders that have shipping labels created and why?

We create all PRE ORDER shipping labels at the time of your order so once it comes in from the manufacture we can just ship them out right away.  We will announce on social media that we are starting to ship PRE ORDERS and you can check the tracking number for any updated on your order.
